8.1.2. 作成原則

• <properties> セクションにJavaバージョンと外部ライブラリのバージョンを定義します。
• Spring Boot BOMが管理する依存関係はバージョンを省略します。
• 依存関係は用途別にコメントを付けてグループ化します。
• <scope>test</scope> の依存関係は必ずtest scopeを明示しなければなりません。
